  • Bureau of Land Management controlled lands

Arizona Lands

  • State & Federal Highways
  • State owned lands regardless of grazing or other leases
  • Arizona State Government Buildings & Facilities
  • State & Federal Highways, and State owned lands permits are processed through the ARIZONA FILM COMMISSION

Indian Lands

  • All Indian Reservations require permits issued by the respective Tribal Governments.

Cities, Towns, Counties

There is wide variety of local requirements for permits within these jurisdictions. In general, most require the following:

  • A Certificate of Insurance naming them as "additionally insured" and "held harmless", and showing a minimum of $1,000,000.00 coverage.
